NO. 754 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:05 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 754, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 754 is from Robert P. (Phil) Henderson, Owner of Bears Coffee, dated <br /> Mazch 5, 1998, transmitting an application for the renewal of the sidewalk use permit for cafe <br /> table service on the sidewalk adjacent to the shop. Mr. Henderson informs that the covered <br /> sidewalk is 10 feet wide and the cafe tables and chairs take up 5 feet of space allowing ample <br /> room for pedestrian traffic. He also submits a current letter of consent from Brian R.
