NO. 889/ RESOLUTION NO. 285-98 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 889, <br /> and attached Resolution No. 285-98, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 285-98 is to authorize the abandonment and quitclaim of a sewer <br /> easement remnant to Brian Anderson, Tax Map Key (3) 7-5-09:025. <br /> Communication No. 889 is from Chief Engineer Donna Fay K.
