NO. 770.04 /RESOLUTION NO. 313-98 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:12 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 770.04, and <br /> attached Resolution No. 313-98, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 313-98 is to support and adopt The Real Estate Acquisition Guideline <br /> of the Department of Public Works. <br /> Communication No. 770.04 is from Chief Engineer Donna Fay K.
