NO. 79 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 79, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 79, dated December 23, 1996, is an application from Robert P. Henderson <br /> to renew a sidewalk use permit for his restaurant, Beazs Coffee. The permit requested would <br /> allow Bears Coffee to continue cafe table service on the sidewalk in front of the restaurant <br /> located at 106 Keawe Street. <br /> Communication No. 79 was discussed at the January 21, 1997 meeting of the Committee on <br /> Public Works and Parks. Your Committee noted that a signed document from the applicant <br /> confirming indemnification for the County of Hawaii would be appropriate in granting this <br /> permit request.
