NO. 99 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:07 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 99, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 99 is a letter from Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro dated January 14, 1997, <br /> which appoints George Yoshida to the position of Director of the Depaztment of Pazks and <br /> Recreation for the County o1' Hawaii.
