NO. 106 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:07 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 106 <br /> and attached Bill No. 37, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 37 is to amend chapter 24, article 8, section 24-202.1, subsections (h) <br /> and (i) to replace incorrect references to schedule 44 and section 24-296 with correct references <br /> to schedule 29 and section 24-281. <br /> Communication No. 106 is a letter from Gerald Takase, Deputy Corporation Counsel, dated <br /> January l4, 1997, which transmits Bill No. 37 to Council Member Dominic Yagong, Public <br /> Works and Parks Committee Chairperson, for the Council's consideration. In Communication <br /> No. 106, Mr. Takase states that when the traffic schedules were recently revised, because <br /> schedule 44 duplicated schedule 29, the two schedules were consolidated in schedule 29.
