NO. 206 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:04 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 206 <br /> and attached Bill No. 61, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 61 is to amend chapter 24, article l0, division 2, section 24-266, <br /> schedule 14 (Through Streets), subsection (c), items (7) and (76) to indicate the presence of <br /> four-way stops in through streets, Baker Avenue and Pua Avenue. <br /> Communication No. 206 is a letter from Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, Chief Engineer, dated <br /> March 12, 1997, which transmits Bill No. 61 to the County Council for its consideration. In <br /> Communication No. 206, Ms. Kiyosaki states that four-way stops have been installed at the <br /> intersections of Baker Avenue -Desha Avenue and Pua Avenue -Desha Avenue.
