NO. 246 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 8:05 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 246 <br /> and attached Resolution No. 68, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 68 is to authorize the County to accept a donation of real <br /> property from Ramona Mew Lang Chow Ropek and Alice A. Smith. The property consists of <br /> 134 square feet of land located at Hilo, Hawaii. The donated land, identified as Tax Map Key <br /> No. (3)2-2-41-121 (por.), is presently being encroached upon by the County roadway. <br /> Communication No. 246 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D.
