NO. 358 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 3:20 p.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 358 <br /> and attached Resolution No. 112, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 1 12 is to authorize the grant of an easement for utility purposes, <br /> pursuant to section 2-1 11, Hawaii County Code, to Hawaii Electric Light Company, Inc. and <br /> GTE Hawaiian Telephone Company, Inc. at Kaiwilahilahi, North Hilo. <br /> Communication No. 358 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D.
