NO. 382 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:32 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 382 <br /> and attached Resolution No. 122, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 122 is to authorize the County to accept a dedication deed <br /> transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from Sunrise Estates Joint Venture, a <br /> Hawaii joint venture. The dedication deed is for roadway lots located within the Sunrise Estates <br /> Subdivision, Unit I-A, identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)2-5-06:149. <br /> Communication No. 382 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D. Wurdeman dated <br /> June 30, ] 997, which transmits Resolution No. 122 for the Council's review and consideration. <br /> Your Committee amended Resolution No. 122 by substituting Resolution No. 122, Draft 2. <br /> Draft 2 deleted all references to TMK: (3)2-4-74:011 as the subject properties do not lie within <br /> this tax map key number.
