NO. 384 <br /> PLACE Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:30 a, m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 384 and <br /> attached Resolution No. 123, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 123 is to authorize the County to accept a donation of 0.43 of real <br /> property from Sterling Jack Lum Chow and Leslie Sook-Hee Chow. The subject property located <br /> in Kaupakuea is infringed upon by the County Homestead Road also know as Kaupakuea <br /> Homestead Road. The subject property is identified as a portion of Tax Map Key (3)2-8-02,003 <br /> Communication No. 384 is a letter from Corporation Counsel, Richard Wurdeman, dated <br /> June 24, 1997, which transmits Resolution No. ] 23 and a copy of a wazranty deed for the <br /> Council's review and consideration. This Committee on July 22, 1997 considered <br /> Resolution No. 123. <br /> It was noted that the property is owned by your Committee's staff person.
