NO. 386 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:32 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 386 <br /> and attached Resolution No. 125, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 125 is to authorize the County to accept a dedication deed <br /> transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from Alii Kai, Inc., a Hawaii <br /> corporation. The dedication deed is for roadway lots located within the Alii Kai Subdivision, <br /> identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)7-6-18:] 11. <br /> Communication No. 386 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D. Wurdeman, dated <br /> July 1, 1997, which transmits Resolution No. 125 to the County Council for its review and <br /> consideration. <br /> Your Committee amended Resolution No. 125 by substituting Resolution No. 125, Draft 2. <br /> Draft 2 amended the dedication location map to include Road Lot `B" and to clarify the location <br /> of the roads being dedicated.
