NO. 391 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:32 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 391 <br /> and attached Resolution No. 128, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Resolution No. 128 is to authorize the County to accept a dedication deed <br /> transmitting real property for road and drainage purposes from Westpac Development Venture. <br /> The dedication deed is for roadway lots located within the Alii Lani Subdivision, Increment 1, <br /> Phase identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)7-5-20:073 (portion). <br /> Communication No. 391 is a letter from Corporation Counsel Richard D.
