Specifically, the <br /> subject parcel is adjacent to LUC Docket No. <br /> A88-620/Kohala Joint Venture, which involved <br /> reclassification of approximately 1,288 acres from the <br /> Agricultural District to the Urban District for <br /> residential and commercial uses. <br /> 3) We request clarification of the condition being <br /> amended. The applicant's letter dated June 10, 1998 <br /> states that it is requesting a three-year time <br /> extension on Condition K. However, your memorandum <br /> states that the request is a time extension of <br /> Condition C. <br /> <br /> 4) Clarification is also needed as to whether Ordinance <br /> 90-139 covers an area greater than the subject parcel <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 65£x, <br />
