Civil No. 98-00652 DAE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We respectfully request that the following resolution be at once assigned to the <br /> appropriate Council member and committee, if Committee action is deemed required, so <br /> that it may be taken up at the next regularly scheduled County Council meeting: <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution authorizing the Corporation Counsel, and his authorized <br /> representatives, to enter into an agreement with the individually named <br /> defendant, who is an employee of the County of Hawaii, to represent him in <br /> the civil action entitled Roseline Pawai vs. John M. Pagay, County of <br /> Hawaii, John and/or Jane Does 1-10, Civil No. 98-00652 DAE. <br /> <br /> <br /> We further request that the resolution be waived past committee meetings.
