BACKGROUND AND .TUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): The increase in the revenue account, and additional appropriation is necessary to allow receipt of Federal Grant Funds from Title III, Older Americans Act. The grants have been awarded through the Office of Aging for the purchase of four vehicles, personal computers, computer supplies, and associated telephone costs for computer installations. CSE needs to supplement the grant funds for vehicles and telephone service by transferring carry over appropriation from some of their existing Project Income Accounts into Project Income Accounts for telephone and motor vehicle.
