BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> A grant agreement will be executed between the County of Hawaii, Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation, and the State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation to fund <br /> the PATH Bicycle Education Program for $61,438. <br /> $12,000 was the original amount estimated and budgeted for the FY 1998-99.
