'I'O <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, a series of recent incidents (seizure, close-call drowning) have <br />demonstrated that there is a serious need for an emergency phone box at Keokea Beach park, <br />North Kohala; and <br />WHEREAS, this area is not accessible to the wireless phone network; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated <br />to the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used to fund the installation cost of a land <br />line emergency phone by Hawaiian 'T'elecom; now, therefore, <br />I3E IT RESOLVED BY 'TIIE COUNCH.
