BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney (OPA), County of Hawaii, will be the contractor for the Hawaii Island <br /> Sexual Violence Primary Prevention (SVPP) Planning Coordinator. OPA will be convening a Big Island <br /> group of sexual violence prevention stakeholders to provide input to the statewide SVPP planning <br /> committee.
