Bill 318, <br /> Draft 3, is a result of those amendments deemed non-substantive by the Corporation Counsel, as proposed <br /> within Communication No. 1300.21, duly approved by the Planning Committee during its meeting on July 30, <br /> 2008. <br /> <br /> In an effort to conserve resources and clearly indicate where changes to the PCDP have been made, only those <br /> pages of the PCDP that were amended by Communication No. 1300.21 are attached.
