Ford, Council Member A~~ <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Bill 329, Draft 1, an Ordinance to Amend Ordinance <br /> No. 08-78, As Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the <br /> Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2009. <br /> <br /> Attached please find a proposed amendment to Bill 329, Draft 1, an ordinance to amend the <br /> FY 08-09 Operating Budget, Ordinance No. 08-78, regarding an appropriation to the Geothermal <br /> Relocation and Community Benefits Fund.
