PC- Public Hearing Page 2 August I 1 & 20, 2008 <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS ") § 92 -3.5, the <br />Hawaii County Council Committee will be conducting their August 11 and 20, 2008 meeting via <br />videoconference. Councilmembers will be present at the following locations: <br />County Councilroom - 333 Kilauea Avenue, Second Floor, Hilo, HI (August 1 I"' and 20"') <br />Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa, 78 -128 Ehukai Street, Kailua -Kona, HI (August l I only). <br />Kona Council Office - 75 -5706 Hanama Place, Suite 109, Kailua -Kona (August 20 only). <br />Videoconferencing for public attendance is available at the following locations: <br />• Hilo Councilroom at the Ben Franklin Building, Second Floor (August 11"' and 20 ); and <br />• Waimea Council Office at the Holomua Center (August 11 and 20 ); and <br />• Kona Council Office at the Kailua Trade Center (August 20` only). <br />Videoconferencing from the Pdhoa Neighborhood Facility will not be available. If audio stream between <br />Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. <br />Submitting Testimony Those wishing to testify in person must register with the County Clerk's staff. <br />Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring fifteen (15) copies for distribution. <br />Testimony may also be submitted (1) by mail to the County Clerk's Office in Hilo at 25 Aupuni St., <br />Hilo, Hawaii, 96720; (2) by facsimile to (808) 961 -8912; or (3) by e -mail to <br />counciltestimony2co. hawaii hi us . For testimony received via e -mail or fax, copies will be distributed at <br />the meeting when transmitted in a timely manner.
