PC-Public Hearing Page 2 August 11 & 20, 2008 <br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS'') ~ 92-3.5, the <br />Hawaii County Council Committee will be conducting their August 11 and 20, 2008 meeting via <br />videoconference. Councilmembers will be present at the following locations: <br />County Councilroom - 333 Kilauea Avenue, Second Floor, Hilo, III (August 11`x' and 20`x'). <br />Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa, 78-128 Ehukai Street, Kailua-Kona, I-II (August 11`x' only). <br />Kona Council Office - 75-5706 Hanama Place, Suite 109, Kailua-Kona (August 20`x' only). <br />Videoconferencin~ for public attendance is available at the following locations: <br />• Hilo Councilroom at the Ben Franklin Building, Second Floor (August 11 `~' and 20`" ); and <br />® Waimea Council Office at the Holomua Center (August 11`x' and 20`x' ); and <br />Kona Council Office at the Kailua Trade Center (August 20`x' only). <br />Videoconferencing from the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility will not be available. IC audio stream between <br />Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. <br />Submitting Testimony: Those wishing to testify in person must register with the County Clerk's staff. <br />Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring fifteen (15) copies for distribution. <br />Testimony may also be submitted (1) by mail to the County Clerk's Oflce in Hilo at 25 Aupuni St., <br />Hilo, Hawaii, 96720; (2) by facsimile to (808) 961-8912; or (3) by e-mail to <br />counciltestimonL(a(a~co.hawaii hi us. For testimony received via e-mail or fax, copies will be distributed at <br />the meeting when transmitted in a timely manner.
