BILL NO. 261 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 885, and attached <br /> Bil] No. 261, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 261 is to amend Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-268, Schedule 16 (Tum <br /> right anytime with caution), Subsection (c) South Hilo and Subsection (g) Puna, Hawaii County Code 1983 (1993 <br /> Edition) by adding Pohakulani Street-Ainaola Drive intersection and Kahakai Boulevard-Punawai Street <br /> intersection, respectively. <br /> Communication No. 883 is from Chief Engineer Donna Fay K.
