Splitflows & Tributaries - Kona Hawaiian <br />Village Fairfield Resorts, Kona Hill Crest, Hualalai Colony, Kula Kai Estates, Halewili Places, <br />Kona Makai, Royal Seacliff, Kahakai Estate, Omilo Place; Horseshoe Bend Drainagewav - <br />Omilo Place, Kilohana Kai, Hualalai Heights, Kona Kai Opue, Holualoa Heights, Holualoa <br />Homesteads; Holualoa Drainagewav - Holualoa Bay Village, Alii Kai, Kamana Trees, Komohana <br />Kai, Omilo Place, to View Estates, Pakalakala Place, Holualoa; Zone A — Kona Palms, Kaman@ <br />Tree, Komohana Kai, Kiohana, Kalani Sunset, Leilani Sunset; Kaumalumalu Drainageway. & <br />Tributaries — Hoomalu on Alii, Estates at Holualoa, all located on the Island of Hawaii, State of <br />Hawaii. <br />FIRM No. Affected by Project: 155166-0713D, 0714C, 0926E and 0927D <br />Project Description: As provided by County of Hawaii "Procedures for the Procurement of <br />Professional Services through Non -Completive Negotiations," (based on H.R.S. 103D-304 and <br />applicable sections H.A.R. 3-122), the County will procure engineering professional service to <br />complete the project. The retained engineering professional will be required to assess the <br />watersheds and prepare Letter of Map Revisions in accordance with Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency's (FEMA) "Guidelines and Specifications for Flood Hazard Mapping <br />Partners" and effective Procedure Memoranda.
