(Enter °N/A" ff Not Applicable) <br />The Hawaii Fire Departrnent received the following grants from DHS or FEMA: <br />1.2002 AFG grant, $152,948 for training simulators and vadous equipment Including 15 SCBAs, a <br />compressor/cascade system, and 3 thermal Imaging units , <br />2.2004 AFG grant, $301,000 for a Mobile Live Burn Trailer Unit <br />3. 2005 AFG grant, $406,016 for 17 Plymo-Vent Systems <br />4.2007 AFG grant, $244,560 for Video-Conferencing equipment <br />The Hawaii County Civil Defense received ODP Homeland Security grants, of which portions were allocated to <br />the Fire Department. Each year purchases were targeted toward certain Chemed areas as follows: <br />5.2003 ODP granl#1, $527,356 for EMS, Fire, Hazmat, US&R response <br />B, 2003 ODP grent#2, $941,560 for EMS, Fire, Hazma4 US&R response <br />7.2004 ODP grant, $876,868 for CBRNE Prevention, Detection 8 Response 2005 ODP grant, $560,000 <br />Communications 2006 ODP grant, $300,000 Mass Casualty 8 Catastrophic Event Enhancement <br />8.2007 ODP Brent, $300,000 Preparation for Mass Casualty 8 Destructive Events <br />
