This resolution requested that the <br /> Department of Public Works (DPW) "implement at least two of the short-term recommendations <br /> that do not require Environmental Assessments before September 1, 2008"and "begin <br /> immediately at least one of the proposed improvements requiring Environmental Assessments, as <br /> stated in the WTCS." <br /> <br /> I request that a representative of DPW provide a status report on progress made on Resolution <br /> No. 596-08 at the next meeting of the Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee <br /> (PWIRC) scheduled for August 26, 2008, in Keauhou.
