Bill 326, Draft 2, is a product of amendments contained within <br /> Communication No. 1332.10 that were duly approved by the council during its meeting on August 13, 2008. <br /> The proposed amendments were drafted in collaboration with the Department of Environmental <br /> Management (DEM) in order to bring the imposition of penalties for violations and the collection of fines in <br /> alignment with current practice in the County.
