Bill 318, <br />Draft 4, is a result of those amendments deemed non-substantive by the Corporation Counsel, as proposed <br />within Communication No. 1300.66 from the planning director, and duly approved by the County Council <br />during its meeting on August 13, 2008. <br />In an effort to conserve resources and clearly indicate where changes to the PCDP have been made, only those <br />pages of the PCDP that were amended by Communication No. 1300.66 are attached (pages 5-8 through 5-16). <br />To clearly indicate that the PCDP has been amended, the reference to the PCDP in Bill 318, Draft 4, has been <br />changed from "Appendix A, as amended to Draft 2" to "Appendix A, as amended to Draft 3" (as found in <br />SECTION 1 of the Bill). <br />The complete PCDP, as amended, can be found on Laserliche. <br />Thank you. <br />BJ/bl <br />Encl. <br />L ~~ fir, ~- ~ <br />I <br />corr,~.
