Henry Street has an 80-foot right-of-way with curbs, <br /> gutter and sidewalk improvements. The applicant proposes to extent Road A with a <br /> <br /> breach to the Great Wall of Kuakini and through the proposed development with a 36- <br /> <br /> foot wide right-of-way with curbs, gutters and sidewalks. It should be noted that a <br /> breach to the Great Wall of Kuakini was acceptable to the Department of Land Natural <br /> <br /> Resources-Historic Preservation Division. This two lane road will include a center <br /> lane to accommodate left turns into project driveways and parking lots, and will have <br /> <br /> no on street parking. A Traffic Impact Analysis Study was completed for the proposed <br /> project and submitted to the Department of Public Works for review and comment. <br /> <br /> The applicant will make all improvements recommended by the Traffic Impact Analysis <br /> report. <br /> <br /> 25. Water: Water is provided by an existing 12- inch water line along Henry Street. <br /> 26. Wastewater: The applicant proposes to tie into the County's Kealakehe Wastewater <br /> <br /> Treatment Facility. <br /> <br /> 27. Utilities: Electrical and telephone service will be made available to the property. <br /> AGENCIES' COMMENTS <br /> <br /> 28. Real Property Tax Office (June 23, 1998 Letter): <br /> <br /> "The above referenced parcels have received a preferential agricultural use assessment for <br /> least the last ten years and as such are subject to rollback taxes upon rezoning from <br /> agricultural to urban or rural or subdivision into parcel sizes of five acres or less." <br /> <br /> 29. Kona Soil and Water Conservation District (July 19, 1998 Letter): <br /> <br /> "SLU 98-2/REZ 98-12: As stated portions of this project are located in the <br /> Keopu/Hienaloli Flood channels described in the North Kona Flood Plain Management <br /> Study document.
