COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~~c_n~ <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, pre-final drafr of the North Kohala Community Development Plan <br />(CDP) was approved by the North Kohala Community Development Plan Steering Committee <br />on June 12, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, this draft is currently undergoing public review and the final draft is <br />scheduled to be adopted by November 7, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS, the final CDP will be distributed free-of-charge to the community, <br />especially those who do not have access to the Internet; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated <br />to the Planning Department to be used to fund 50 copies of the final North Kohala CDP; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.141.5141.02 Planning Department $1,500 <br />Planning OCE, Printing <br />(North Kohala CDP) <br />
