It is located along a rocky coast of North Kohala approximately 3 miles <br />northwest of Kawaihae directly across of the Kohala Ranch entrance and fronting <br />Waiakailio Bay. <br />13. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: The property borders the ocean to the <br />southwest. Surrounding properties are zoned Agricultural 5-acre (A-Sa).
