The applicant shall <br /> <br /> construct improvements along the future road widening area with the area subdivided and <br /> dedicated to the County. The Department of Public Works also notes that the minimum <br /> <br /> standard for a commercial zoned right-of-way width is 60 feet. <br /> 21. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply, water can be made available <br /> <br /> from an existing 12-inch waterline along Keaau-Pahoa Road and Kahakai Boulevard <br /> fronting the property with a connection size subject to review and approval during the <br /> <br /> construction design phase of the proposed development. <br /> 22. Drainage: The applicant intends to install a drainage system that meets with the <br /> <br /> approval of the Department of Public Works. <br /> 23. Sewage: According to the applicant, the property is currently serviced by a cesspool <br /> <br /> system. If a different system is required, the applicant intends to comply with the <br /> respective State or County agency. <br /> <br /> 24. Protective Services: The Pahoa police station is approximately .8 miles from the subject <br /> <br /> property, and the nearest fire station is located approximately .9 miles from the site. <br /> 25.
