BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the administration prepare a list of "green-collar" <br />jobs that might be needed for Hawaii County to become energy self-sustainable as per the <br />HCEI; and <br />BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that the administration update the council on these <br />efforts by March 1, 2009; and <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this <br />resolution to the Honorable Mayor Harry Kim, the Energy Coordinator Doug Zang, the Director <br />of the Department of Research and Development, the Director of the State Department of Labor <br />and Industrial Relations, the Director of the State Department of Business, Economic <br />Development & Tourism, the Honorable Senator Daniel K. Inouye, the Honorable Senator <br />Russell S. Kokubun, the Honorable Congresswoman Mazie K.
