COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 36 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-7 (NORTH AND SOUTH KOHALA <br />DISTRICT ZONE MAP) AND SECTION 25-8-9 (HAWI-KAPAAU ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, <br />CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION), <br />BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL - 20 ACRES <br />(A-20a) TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL -15,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-15) AT <br />PUEHUEHU AND KAPUA, NORTH KOHALA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY <br />5-4-008:PORTION 002. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L• <br />SECTION I. Section 25-8-7 and Section 25-8-9, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of <br />the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), are amended to change the district classification <br />of property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Puehuehu and Kapua, <br />North Kohala, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential - 15,000 square feet (RS-15): <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, the direct azimuth and <br />distance from the southwest corner of Lot A being: 205° 03' 193.97 feet, the coordinates <br />of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU O <br />NALE", being 12,990.72 feet North and 9,573.36 feet East, thence running by azimuths <br />measured clockwise from true South: <br />205° 03' 418.38 feet along the remainder of Grant <br />1544 to Makanoanoa, Maria and <br />Kaneihaiau (Lots A and $); <br />108° 25' 125.84 feet along the remainders of Grant <br />1544 to Makanoanoa, Maria and <br />Kaneihaiau, Grant 1956 to Poepoe <br />and R.P. 7653, L.
