Bill 333, Draft 2, is a result of those amendments proposed within Communication No. 1349.4, duly approved by the Council during its meeting on August 27, 2008. To recap, item nos. 1 and 3 in Communication No. 1349.4 were approved by the Council, with item no. 3 further amended to add diacritical marks. In an effort to conserve resources and clearly indicate where changes to the KCDP have been made, only those pages of the KCDP that were amended by Communication No. 1349.4 are attached (page 4-7 and page 4-71). Page 4-8 has been attached as well, as the addition of text to page 4-7 has pushed "Action TRAN-1.3a" over to page 4-8. This page is attached to avoid the misconception that material has been inadvertently deleted. All overflow of material created by the amendment to page 4-7 has been accounted for the by the professional consultants contracted for the KCDP project. The complete KCDP, as amended, can be found on Laserfiche, as attached to Bill 333, Draft 2. To clearly indicate that the KCDP has been amended, the reference to the KCDP in Bill 333, Draft 2, has been changed from "Appendix A" to "Appendix A, as amended to Draft 2" (as found in SECTION I of the Bill).
