No. 1364/13ill No. 340 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Hotel <br /> 78-128 `Ehukai Street <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 340, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Bill No. 340, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 1364, dated <br /> July 24, 2008, amends Ordinance No. 08-78, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2009. <br /> The amendment is as follows: <br /> <br /> From: <br /> 3308.07 Federal Grant-Law Enforcement General $19,600 <br /> Investigations Standby Pay <br /> To: <br /> 010.201.5216.27 Law Enforcement Investigations Standby Pay General $19,600 <br /> <br /> The State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General's Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance Division is <br /> providing an additional funding of $19,600 to the Hawaii County Police Department's Law Enforcement <br /> Investigations Standby Pay Grant.
