COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. '74Q QS <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, a portion of Ainalako Road (Waiakea Uka area) is a one-lane road; and <br />WHEREAS, funds aze needed to install three paved pullouts along Ainalako Road to <br />allow motorists to safely pull over when yielding to oncoming traffic; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Public Works for the installation of three paved pullouts along Ainalako <br />Road; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $18,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.801.5801.38 Department of Public Works <br />Transfer to Highway Fund <br />(Highway - S.
