PC-154 Page 2 October 20, 1998 <br /> Your Committee recommended that all references to Kahakai Road be changed to Kahakai Boulevard, <br /> since Kahakai Road does not exist, and that this change be incorporated into Bill No. 312, Draft 2, and be <br /> submitted to the Council for its first reading. <br /> Your Committee concurs with the Planning Commission and the Planning Director that the <br /> reclassification of this 1.500 acre parcel from an Agricultural to an Urban District will not be detrimental <br /> <br /> to the reduction of this area from the agricultural land inventory in the County of Hawaii.
