COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. '74'7 08 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, volunteer firefighters aze in training so they can serve the Ainaloa <br />community and neighboring subdivisions in the Puna community; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ainaloa volunteer firefighters aze in need of equipment to better service <br />their community; and <br />WHEREAS, to date, volunteer firefighters have a need for ten pagers at $569.79 each <br />and two portable radios at $1,094.45 each; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to <br />the Fire Department to be used towazds the volunteer firefighter equipment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $7,885 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $7,885 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.221.5226.06 Fire Department $7,gg5 <br />Trng and Volunteer Fire-Eqpt. <br />(Ainaloa volunteer firefighters equipment) <br />
