Any requested <br />extensions of expiration dates for permit conditions shall be carefully <br />evaluated. <br />• The North Kohala CDP recommends the enactment of a special land <br />speculation tax by the state legislature. The NKCDP Action Committee <br />should provide support to implement appropriate state legislation. <br />2.
