Ford, Council member V <br /> o <br /> W ~ <br />RE: Request for a Public Facilities Financing Plan "PFFP 101" <br /> presentation on September 23, 2008 committee meeting <br />This public facilities financing plan (PFFP) presentation will be conducted by a consultant from <br />Goodwin Consulting Group from California, who were contracted by the Planning Department <br />for the Kona CDP PFFP.
