COUNTS OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF ~IAWAI`I <br />BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />®~ ~.©S <br />308 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY COllE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING'f0 VEFIICLES ANn TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 1'HE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L• <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284.1, schedule 32.1 (8 hour <br />parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as <br />amended), is amended by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br />follows: <br />`~O Kamehameha Avenue from Shipman Street to Wailuku Drive." <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br />material and underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which cau be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this erid, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
