<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
<br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING "f0 VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF'fHE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
<br />SECT]ON 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284, schedule 32 (Two hour
<br />parking areas), paragraph (c), South Hilo, subparagraph (9), of the Hawaii County Code 1983
<br />(2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows:
<br />"(9) Kamehameha Avenue, Isom Waianuenue Avenue to Ponahawai

<br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is
<br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken
<br />material and underscoring need not be included.
<br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any
<br />person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
<br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or
<br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
<br />SEC"I'iON 4. This ordinance shall take cllbct upon its approval.
