Lei Street is a County road with an approximate 21-foot wide pavement in <br /> good condition, with concrete curbs and sidewalks, with a planter area, all within an approximate <br /> 30-foot right-of--way. <br /> Adjacent parcels are zoned KD-3.75, CO-20 and CG-20 and includes single family dwellings and <br /> commercial establishments. The adjacent property to the east is zoned CO-20 and is the site of <br /> the Mohouli Professional Building (Hilo Orthopedic Center). Directly to the south of the subject <br /> property are properties zoned RD-3.75 with single family dwellings. Also to the south of the <br /> subject property is a parcel zoned CO-20, site of Hilo Audio. Chiefess Kapiolani School is <br /> situated to the north/northwest of the property across Mohouli Street. <br /> The property is located in Zone "X" which is outside the 500-year flood plain. <br /> All utilities are available to the subject property.
