Access to the property is <br /> from V olcano Highway via Kipimana Road, which is a 60-foot wide private roadway lot having <br /> a 12-foot wide gravel surface. The applicant would be required to improve the 60-foot wide <br /> roadway with a minimum 20-foot wide pavement, up to the northern most driveway of the <br /> proposed subdivided lots from Volcano Highway. Neighboring lot owners have expressed no <br /> objections to improving the private roadway . <br /> Water can be made available from a 16-inch waterline along the Volcano Highway.
