No. 1376/Bi11344 <br />PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br />78-128 Ehukai Street <br />Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 <br />TIME: 10:00 a.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br />Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br />Communication No. ]376, regarding Bill 344, reports as follows: <br />Bill 344, transmitted by Director of Public Works, Bruce McClure, via Communication No. 1376, dated <br />July 29, 2008 amends Chapter 24, article ] 0, division 2, section 24-265, schedule 13 (Yield locations), <br />paragraph (e) Kohala, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Editions, as amended), is amended by <br />adding the following, to appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />~ Ka`ahuhu Homestead Road, southbound approach to bridge crossing North <br />Kohala Ditch adjacent to parcels identified by TMK Nos.
