COUNTY OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. STATE OF HAWAII '7'7~ ®8 A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S). WHEREAS, the Hawaii Fire Department works closely with Volunteer Fire Fighters training them to the highest level to support and assist in saving lives and property; and WHEREAS, the Volunteer Fire Fighters respond to emergency brush and structure fires, promoting safety and following the core values of the Hawaii Fire Department; and WHEREAS, uniform shirts have been requested by the Hawaii Fire Department for the following Volunteer Fire Companies: 1-A Pepe`ekeo, 5-B Hawaiian Acres, 5-C Eden Rock, 5-C Fern Forest, 5-D Fern Acres, 6-A Miloli`i, 6-B Kona Paradise, 7-A Kona Village, 7-B Kalaoa, 7- C Four Seasons, 8-A Pa`auilo, 9-A Waiki`i, 9-B Kanehoa, 10-A Hawaiian Beaches, 10-B Waawaa, 10-D Ainaloa, 11-A Na`alehu, 11-C Discovery Harbor, 11-D Pahala, 14-A North Kohala, 16-B Pu`uanahulu, 17-A Laupahoehoe, 18-A Hawaiian Paradise Park, 19-A Volcano, 20-A HOVE; and WHEREAS, the shirts will be worn to identify the Volunteer Fire Fighters at meetings, funerals, functions and official business; and WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Hawaii Fire Department to purchase uniform shirts for the Volunteer Fire Fighters; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $1,000 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $1,000 CREDITED TO: 010.221.5226.02 Hawaii Fire Department $1,000 Training & Volunteer Fire OCE Public Safety Supplies (Uniform Shirts for Volunteer Fire Fighters)
