Yamashiro dated December 17, 1997, reports as follows: <br /> The purpose of Communication No. 642 is to recommend the appointment of the following <br /> individual as a member of the Hawaii Redevelopment Agency (HRA): <br /> Mr. Harris T. Hirata, of no political affiliation, to fill the vacancy created by the <br /> resignation of Mr. William T. Davis, for a term ending December 31, 1999. <br /> Mr. Hirata, alife-time resident of Hawaii, has been employed as the Executive Vice <br /> President and Chief Operations Officer of Realty Finance, Inc.
