MAUI COUNTY COUNCIL (Approved on September 23 2008)• <br />The following 3 proposals were included as part of the 2008 HSAC Legislative Package, <br />however none of them passed during the 2008 legislative session. <br />1. A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO HOUSING <br />The purpose of this bill is to extend the 45-day window for a legislative body to approve, <br />approve with modification(s), or disapprove an affordable housing project under Section 201 <br />H-38, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to 90 days. <br />2.
